This iconic and beautifully detailed piece by Austin Barton depicts a life-like representation of man and horse, each working their hardest to break the other. Cast in 1990, the statue stands sixteen feet tall and is considered by many to be the famous western artist’s best work. It required the strength of thirty men to place the oversized bronze where it sits today inside the famous Hamleys store.
